TSOL - 2 albums and a compilation

TSOL are a Californian punk band who experimented with hardcore, goth and death rock (arguably inventing the latter) and influenced a vast majority of punk bands to come out of California after them. They began as a politically charged hardcore band writing songs like "Abolish Government" before moving onto more romantic and poetic songs like "Wash Away" and "Weathered Statues". By the end of the 80's however, the band had turned hair metal with most of the original members having long left. Their reunion in the late 90's after the death of original drummer Todd Barnes brought the band back to their roots and they've produced 3 albums since then.
